Shipping policy

Delivery area. We deliver within Germany and throughout Europe. Please note that we currently do not deliver to countries outside of Europe.

Delivery time. The delivery time is usually 1-2 working days within Germany and 1-2 working days within Europe, provided the items ordered are available. If there are any delays in delivery, we will inform you immediately.

Shipping costs. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery address and size of the package. The exact shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process and can also be viewed in our shipping costs table on our website.

Shipping partners. We work with various shipping partners, including DHL, GLS and UPS. We reserve the right to choose the shipping partner depending on the delivery address and size of the package.

Packaging. We attach great importance to environmentally friendly packaging and therefore use recyclable and biodegradable materials wherever possible.

Delivery tracking. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking number that you can use to track the delivery status of your order online.

Delivery to Packstations or PO Boxes. We cannot make deliveries to Packstations or PO Boxes. Please always provide a complete and correct delivery address.

Undeliverable shipments. If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or a missing recipient, the shipment will be returned to us. In this case we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery or issue a refund.
